Robin & Judy's trip to NERD - Running Thread

Day 1

We're here, we made it in one piece, sort of. Judy's trying to be sick, but Kara says it's not allowed.

So far, it's hot as HELL here! We didn't mean to bring the South up with us!

Saw tons of snakes, played with puppies, played with kookaburras - or rather, Kara encouraged them to talk to us, while we made fun of her!

Just wanted to share some pictures from Day 1. Check back, we'll try to update each evening!

Kara and Kevin are wonderful hosts!

Dinner, which consisted of jasmine rice with tangerine zest, garlic-sauteed fiddlehead ferns, and fresh sea scallops with toasted hazelnuts in a browned-butter vinaigrette. What did YOU have for dinner tonight?

LOL...I've already got her tucked in & basking, with threats of Baytril if she doesn't come around quickly. Think I should spray her tonight while she's sleeping or wait till she wakes up in the AM?
