Re: New Tank!
yes, just mist a few times per day and/or provide a humid hide. if you don't provide a humid hide and find that the crested is having trouble shedding you should provide one, which you can leave in the enclosure at all times. with your house as dry as it is i would go ahead and keep one in with the gecko to prevent any shed problems.
you know you want a crested gecko. cresties are AWESOME.

Re: New Tank!
Must resist the urge to get a crestie! Must fight the dark forces.
I do want one. After I get my pair of leos all settled in then maybe after a few months I'll be ready for cresties. Perhaps this summer since my grandmother isn't allowing me to get any more snakes. I think she'll be ok with some geckos, especially if they are as cute as cresties are.

Re: New Tank!
Haha, nice.
I like really light colors and really dark colors. Hardly ever something in between. What are the names of those morphs, so when I do get a crestie, I know what I'm looking for?

Re: New Tank!
I know. I really want a crestie now. I swear. I came onto this site with only one snake, and that was all I was going to have. Now I'm preparing for leos and planning on cresties, not to mention another snake. You guys are terrible. (just kidding.)

Re: New Tank!
it's the hobby in general that is so addicting. i started out with a pair of green anoles and then one ball python. now... um yeah, i have an entire room packed full of snakes and geckos.
