    Bingo my heart dropped. But after a panicked call to Sean at EbN and a good chat with Adam and some pics exchange. I was told that its one form of the tick.. some can't move with out moving like a corkscrew or sidewinder. But most do the little head tilt or the shake. Its all part of the fun of owning a spider ball.

    That scares me.

    Great thread, Aleesha! Great thread on RDR,too. It is sad to see such gorgoeous animals do this! Adam, Do you see your spiders doing this? Do they still feed and breed?

    When I was looking for a spider I looked for a light base color, nothing resembling the pattern of a pinstripe (the two horizontal bars running down the back or greatly reduced pattern) or a pattern that connected and formed circles or loops going down the back, I also wanted as few spots like a dalmation as possible.
    I also don't care for high white sides, but that may just be me.

    Here is a pic of my girl I ended up getting.

    so... does the spider you start with make a difference the babies you produce or can a high white reduced spider create many different possibilities?
