Are you allowed to keep venemous in your state?

I know of some people to contact in Florida but no one in your area. You may want to contact Ray Hunter and ask him a few questions. He is a licensed venom extractor in Florida. He would be able to tell you what is needed as well as how little money you will actually make doing this. He may also be able to direct you to the people you need to contact to get the process started if it's legal in your state to do this. You may also want to contact Lieutenant Charles R. Seifert of Venom 1. Both of these guys are experts when it comes to this type of thing.
I can tell you though, you are not going to get rich and you will need years of training under a certified instructor.

I would never consider milking for a career but rather a side project like breeding herps. As said earlier, You would need a lot of snakes to milk to get enough venom to make much profit.

i dont wanna do it for a career or out of my own facility/state. like i said im going to school to become an exotic animal vet and looking to move to a universty anywhere in the US. so i just thought they may do it out of some larger zoos or something. thanks for all your help tho. i spoke with the guy out of florida but he hasnt got back to my last email.
