I've had my ball python (my first! Love her!) for about month. We have identical hides on the cool and warm sides of her cage. Recently we put a pile of reptile moss on one end because we heard it was good for humidity. (Its not a humidity box, just moss.) She is aaalways under there now. The temps and humidity in her cage are perfect. i know in the wild they like to burrow, which is what she does under the moss. She seems very happy. (Shes eaten three times for us, only skipping the 1st wk she was home.) Should i put moss on both sides of the tank for her since she prefers this? And is this ok for her to be under all the time?
