Welcome to the site. Nice snake you have there.. it's cool that you bought from a breeder and got a nice, healthy snake. But a warning; they are addicting!

Re: My first BP!!!
thanks alot guys! man, i cant seem to leave him alone! i have a 1x1 foot of flexwatt that i also got from the dealer (she threw it in for $10), and its having a hard time heating up the damp substrate , so for now, he's on bare glass, as its staying at 90 degrees. hope thats cool?
yea, i figured if i was gonna get a snake, i should do it right the first time, so i got it from a reputable dealer
heres 2 more. i may be seeing things, but i swear that under a good light, i can see a hazy kind of shade to him. i take it thats the "ghost" in him?

Re: My first BP!!!
At the very least you should have some newspaper down for substrate--I don't know that the bare glass is good, but the heat should easily permiate newspaper.
Beautiful boy, by the way.

Welcome to the site. Nice snake. And yes , newspaper would be much better than bare glass. Good luck with with your new snake.
