Site Going Crazy?

I don't know why this does this. Whenever I'm on my sister or fiance's computer, these forums go crazy. The spacing is all weird (it's either way spread out and makes a scroll bar at the bottom of the page or everything is squeezed into tiny columns) and every picture shows up as a red x. Any ideas as to what it is? Refreshing the page doesn't work.

Yeah, every now and then the forums refresh and look funky... normally if I refresh again, it'll be back to normal.

it only happens when someone else uses the computer? what do they do?

If they have a restrictive firewall it can do that. At work it happens to me alot. also they can have settings that set up the font so its large or set up different.

It happens when I'm on my fiance or sister's computer, like I'm at home right now and its fine. It probably is his firewall, the damn thing doesn't let anything in.
