My new anaconda
He arrived at 10:30 today. He is so awesome also. Hes been soaking for a while and I assume its because of the length of time without water. I havent got to handle him (obviously) but am very excited to next thursday. I was told he has the typical anaconda attitude which should be very fun to work with also. Here is a pic. Its the same one that I posted on my other thread but incase you didnt see it, here it is

Re: My new anaconda
Oh My! He's a beauty! Very bright and in the photo there's just a hint of iridescence along his back--I'm willing to bet that the iridescant sheen is beautiful in person. Congrats!!

Re: My new anaconda
Lovely annie there. In my experience the younger condas like to soak more then the older ones. Don't know why.. but it is normal for them to sit in the water.. make sure you clean it often.. they like to poop in the water!
