    Exclamation Is this thermometer okay?

    I went to Lowe's to pick up an Acu-Rite Thermometer and they didnt have it so I picked up this more expensive Thermometer....is it okay?

    the only problem i see is that it doesnt have a probe. the probe is so you can measure the warm side, and leave the thermometer on the cool side so you can get measurements of both. atleast that is what i think.

    It implies that there is (or IT IS) some sort of wireless probe. Perhaps that's the thing at the bottom of the page you can buy for an extra $30. Or, perhaps what you bought is the "probe" and you need a base unit. It's kind of confusing, and I didn't read closely. I'd return it and go with the cheaper one (although that'll work fine, I think). You're BP doesn't care what time it is though I would just try another store...

    Well I am sure it work but I also think it give you only one temp when this one can give you the temp on both cool and warm side and humidity and for less money too http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...7GT&lpage=none
