    First BP, first pic post!

    Woot! I just got my first BP yesterday. She was a little nervous/shy at first, presumably from being in a box for 16 hours. I'll unwrap her in a day or two. Her name is Polilla (puh-lee-uh/po-lee-uh), which is butchered Spanish for "moth" -- I hope. Anyhow, we'll see if the pics work.

    hmm...never heard of that word. normally my family calls them "palomitas" which means "moth" in spanish but also means "popcorn".i'll ask my parents about the "polilla" word.

    I've heard it before. You've got to keep in mind that spanish is spoken in a lot of countries. There are some words my family uses in casual conversation with each other that in other countries means something rude. We call popcorn something else but I don't know how to spell it I just know how to say it.

    well i aksed my mom and she said that "palomita" is spanish for moth and that "polilla" is spanish for...termites.
