    sushi...

    i just had my first japanese cooking class tonight and we made sushi! oh man i love sushi... i had it for lunch and then went to my class... and made more!!!

    and it is sooooo easy.

    the teacher is japanese. she was wonderful... i'm sooooooo thrilled. now i'm going to keep all the ingredients in the house all the time and just make some up whenever i'm in the mood for some.

    Oh I looove sushi too. Problem is, I don't care for california rolls, I like the raw fish and the eel.. and all that other stuff I can't keep 'on hand'. I have made salmon sushi at home before.. as well as california rolls a few times. Just have to have a nice sharp knife to cut through the nori cleanly!

    What's your favorite kind of sushi? It's my major weakness.. lol

    i love pretty much all sushi. i really really really love it. i could live on sushi and nothing else for the rest of my life... okay turkey on thanksgiving and christmas... but other than that... sushi everyday would make me a happpppy girl!!!

    sushi is alright, i prefer the ones with the little orange things on the rice
