my girl is not eating

my snake is not eating im feeding her frozen mice and she just wont take it shes about 18-24".and she is also sheding and any day she should have nice shiny skin will this make her not want to eat

A bit more info would be helpful. How long have you had your snake? What are your temperatures? What is your enclosure like?

Yes, some snakes refuse food while in shed. Are you sure your snake is shedding? What stage is it at?

could be because of shed or even because he doesn't like f/t. but more infor is a must!!!

Yes, shedding can make some snakes not eat but it depends on the individual snake.There should be a few more knowledgeable people soon and they will probably ask you to provide some more information so they can help you better.

So in order to help you get the answers quicker it might be a good idea for you to post the following information (in no particular order);

How long have you had your little darling (and is this the first time she's shed for you)?

what kind of enclosure are you keeping her in and what are the temperatures (and humidity) at the hot end and the cooler end ?

When was the last time she ate and what does she normally eat?

Has anything changed since the last time you got her to eat?

How much does she weigh?


and most importantly of all;

Whats her name and do you have any nice pictures to share?
