Re: Which one should I get? (DUW)
Nice looking options you have there!
If you could edit your post to put line breaks between all the pictures, it would make reading the thread a LOT easier! Thanks!
EDIT: Apparently you logged off, so I took care of it for ya. And personally, I like #4...love that pattern!

Re: Which one should I get? (DUW)
I voted for Number 3. I'm partial to the maroon babies.
If I had to pick a yellow one, it'd be 1. 1 has a really nice pattern.

I voted #4...I'd have to go with her, she's got wonderful dorsal striping which should make her a stellar adult!

#4 is very nice looking, but I would question any seller who is offering sexed hatchling GTPs... They really shouldn't be sexed until they are at least a year old.
Just letting you know to watch out and question everything.

Re: Which one should I get? (DUW)
Because sexing requires restraint, and restraint of any kind on a hatchling GTP will cause spinal damage, kinks and other problems such as nerve damage. They are incredibly fragile as babies and shouldn't be handled unless they are on a perch with you holding the perch. Even pulling their tail off of said perch can cause some damage. Sexing the Green Tree requires either probing, popping or the "breeder" lying about the actual sex of the snake. Probing them requires that you restrain them, meaning you have to hold their back end steady with them twisting and coiling, causing unnecessary stress. Popping requires you to press on a very tiny area(in a GTP's case anyway), and that tiny area has very delicate vertebrae that can be hurt by the one doing the popping.
And then there's the lying, but I wouldn't buy from that breeder anyway.
Go email Bob Clark and see if he has any yearling male GTPs. A friend of mine just got a 2 year old male GTP from him, and he is very calm, easy to handle(in the daytime, LoL), and of good size and weight. I would rather buy a healthy,well-established older snake from a very reputable breeder, than a "sexed" hatchling from someone else. Cheaper is not always better.

Re: Which one should I get? (DUW)
I'll back up satanicinfection 100% I got my arboreal (ATB) from a really good guy and he to explained to me the dangers of sexing such small arboreal species since they are VERY frail especially around the vent area to the end of tail. GTP's are awesome but out of my budget, I wish they kept their bright colors they are gorgeous! I like the maroon also.
