Re: Prices..
50-100 $ for an average looking one. ALthough I think they all look very purdy!

Re: Prices..
It depends on age, size, breeder, sex, etc. I'd say you should expect to pay between $40 and $200 for a normal.

Re: Prices..
male or female, hatchling. i would prefer a female, but they are usually more, so i'll see what the budget entails. I really like morphs, but if i were to get one, i would get a BP...i like the normal RTB

Re: Prices..
RTB is a very wide term.. it can mean any of the 10 or so subspecies of boa constrictor.
I assume you mean the most common and easiest to care for - the colombian boa boa constrictor imperator. Average price for a baby is $75-150 depending on how pretty it is/what line etc.

Re: Prices..
yes, i was talking about the colombian boa. Now, i have a 55 gallon tank, but i would prefer to returnit and get a 30 gallon or a 40 gallon, that would be big enough for a RTB, right?

Re: Prices..
Small snake = small cage.. or if you must have a big cage, put lots and lots of hides in there so they can feel secure.
An adult boa will need either a 4'x2' cage or a 6'x2' one.. females get larger, remember.
