    Jo and Judy,
You may want to talk to my wife first, as she will inform you that I build better racks with the beer. They are more prone to having a screw up if I am completly sober. However, I think Judy is on to something, just so long as you heat/cool pack us properly prior to shipping. We can also bring Jamie, so that he can have some proper tutelage(sp?).

In regards to my carpentry stylings, we mock what we don't understand.

Re: Can you post a pic of your "homemade" rack?

I dunno about that Jamie fellow Tim. I might not have the beer funds available to keep him properly housed!

You know Jude, we might be on to something here! I could get into the import/export biz just instead of snakes it could be Tim-Chris-Jamie-inna-box! Open, install in attic, add pizza and beer and bingo! insta-rack! Hmmm....I somehow see the following happening though...

Me: Hello Mr. FedEx man....here's one big box to ship to Judy.

FedEx Man: But Ma'am...the box is kicking and cursing! What's in it?

Me (with innocent batting eyelashes on full strength): Nothing Sir. Just some errrrr.....perishable cookies I'm sending to my dear friend Judy...a LOT of them actually!

FedEx Man: But Ma'am...I just heard something coming from that box....

Box: help! help! call Adam! we have no beer in here!

Me (discretely kicking the box): I didn't hear anything. Must be the neighbours next door. They do like their beer. (muttering an aside to the box: "if you three don't hush up and stop fussing Judy will buy you cheap beer that will give you gas! do you really want to be locked in an attic with a gassy Jamie Glass!"

Box: be quiet! she's means it! I hate cheap beer! Chris get your foot out of my face! OMG THAT'S NOT YOUR FOOT!

I think this might work Judy! As long as the wives/girlfriends don't mind. I could probably cut them in on the profit margin and heck since they already have racks, they could just go shopping with the extra cash!

Re: Can you post a pic of your "homemade" rack?

We have made a decision; we're going with the 41-qt. Sterilites. I got one at Wally World for size and measurement reasons, and we'll get the melamine soon and measure/create our rack.
I am now thinking if we should arrange them lengthwise or not; if the wide side should face the front or the narrow side should? I am thinking more along the lines of having wide side front, like the middle rack in AAAJohnson's pic.

Hey, I love Lone Star beer. I don't know about Chris, but I'm sure he's had one or two of those before as well.
