Waterfall might make your humidity go through the roof, there have been a few people who havent liked the water falls etc. Go to the search box on the top of the page and type it in there, there are alot of old discussions on this.

Those are bad Idea's stick to aspen or newspaper as your subsrate 2 hides one on the cool side and the other on the warm side and get a good water bowl. Oh yeah remember the accurite thermometer. That's all you need

    Re: sand and waterfall?????????????????????

Definitely NO on the sand. Not good at all for BP's or most other snakes.

As for the waterfall...not really a good idea either. The snake can get stuck in the pump/filter mechanism. And even if you can rig it up so there's no chance of the snake getting into places it shouldn't, it will be a HUGE pain to clean and maintain, especially when the snake poops in it.
