I came across this $35 incubator. I was just wondering if anyone owns any of these and if so how it is? Does any one recommend it? Is it 100% ready to use up arrival?

The thermostats on those incubators are not that reliable and I do not think that they provide enough insulation from the environment. Also, you would be lucky to find any small tubs to put the eggs in that will fit inside that incubator.

They would work a little better with a helix or herpstat hooked to it.....but if you are going that far, you might as well just pickup a styrofoam cooler and a stick some flexwatt in it I would only recommend one for chicken eggs as per their original design intentions.

I have used hovabators for 2yrs now with zero problems.I know the name on the one in the pic is differant but its still the same concept.You are limited to the space inside as far as how many containers you have eggs in.You have to get the containers that are not to high also.If you do infact get this one let me know and i will give you the info on the totes i use to place the eggs in.You can buy them at Walmart
