AWEsome pictures! And I agree, those blue tree monitors are amazing! At Daytona, someone had a tank with a blue and a green in it...their colors were unbelievable! They looked fake even seeing them in person! If I ever decide to commit to keeping monitors, I would very much love to have blue and green tree monitors!

That alligator rocks! I saw a few of those in the JN Ding Nat'l Wildlife Refuge in Sanibel Island, FL this year during spring break...even cooler to see them in their own habitat as opposed to a farm....awesome animals either way! Maybe when I win the lottery one day I can set up a gator pond in my backyard....

Re: another NARBC Anaheim Photo Thread
The blue tree monitors were my favorite thing at the show...I asked the folks selling them about husbandry and such and I am concerned for them (see the recent article in Reptiles Magazine by Robert W. Mendyk of treemonitors.com http://www.reptilesmagazine.com/rept...d=3702&search= ).
But I agree with you Judy...they are goooorgeous. If I was gonna do any lizard, that's the one I'd want (well, or a really red red beardie, but it seems you can't tell their coloration until they are adults and no one sells the really red adults, so meh).

LOL, thanks everybody!
Well, the blood dragons are a couple hundred at most, but the blue tree monitors were a couple GRAND if i remember correctly! I have also heard that they can be a bit difficult to care for, but GORGEOUS they are!
