    Question Co-breeding

    I stmbled across this post:

    http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...ad.php?t=34236

about cooperative breeding...but the thread seemed to fizzle and die. Is this type of "partnership" something that many of you have participated in or have experience in? Just curious....

Not sure why it just died off maybe changed his mind .I am doing a breeding project with someone this fall that consists of my female ball to his spider male.He is going to have her the whole breeding season and hopefully she will cooperate lol. When and if she does produce any offspring him and myself have a contract on how the babies will be dispursed. He gets first pick on the spiders,i get second and this will continue until they are gone.Sometimes when someone has extra females and wants morphs that they are unable to purchase them outright, you might find someone willing to give you the chance and agree to a breeding project. Some projects work and some dont. You just have find someone that is honest and has quality reptiles.I have found both in the person i am doing this project with .I hope this helps
