    what size food ...

    ok .. Imriel is about 3 months old... i have had him for approx a month .. i dont think the hopper mice ive been feeding him are big enough... what size food do you think he might be big enough to eat ?



    any help would be greatly appreciated... he is in a 10 gallon tank in this pic just in case you need help with his size...

    get a food Item that is as big around as your snake and that'll be ok

    I fed hoppers until my little babies hit a little over 100 grams then I move them up to adult mice.

    ya the mouse hoppers i have arent as big around as he is... they dont even make a bump in him.. lol .. i think this is the best pic i have that shows all of him.. i shall look and see if i have one that shows a better view of his size..

    I say a 20-25gram mouse should do untill she is a bit hungrier and bigger. How long is she? She seems almost 2ft, and looks girthy enough to take an adult mouse.

    ya id say he is about 2 ft... maybe a little less.. we have some frozen medium mice in the freezer so i think i will try one of those this weekend and see how it goes!
