    Next size tub needed?

I'm just wondering when I should move Sebastian to a bigger/longer tub. He has been in a 32qt one since I got him. I just had him out and he is about 3 feet long now. I know they are shy animals and like to feel secure in their homes, but should I go out and get him the next size up? I don't want to have him like crammed in there if that may be how he feels since he's taken off on a growth spurt in the last month or two.

    Re: Next size tub needed?

I house my adults in Sterilite 41 qt tubs (#1960) and my juveniles and babies in Sterilite 32 qt tubs (#1986). I usually move them to the adult tub at about the three ft make, if it looks like there is too much room then I add more hides, make sure that all the hides are identical.

Top tub is a 32qt the others are 41qt, if you notice in the second tub there is actually 4 identical hides with the water in the middle.

    Hope this helps!
