Outta curiousity...
Is MARs the only show up here in the Maryland area? As as far as shows go, is it a big one?

Re: Outta curiousity...
MARS is the largest local show in terms of square footage ... Larry Kenton runs a monthly show in Havre De Grace ... and then there's the Northern VA show as well as Hamburg, PA that are not too bad of a drive.

The nice thing about MARs is that it's so close to me--I'm not sure where Havre De Grace is, in terms of my location--though that reminds me. Are you hitting MARs this year?

I'll be there hanging around, but I'm not setting up for the show.

LOL....From someone who grew up in Texas and has spent most of her life either there or in the desert Southwest.....ANY city in Maryland is close enough to be considered "local" to anyone living in MD.
If I remember right, Havre de Grace is up towards the New Jersey border. I drove there from Springfield, VA a couple times to attend that show. In fact, it was the first one I ever went to. Took me about an hour and a half to drive there from VA....not very far by my standards.

We'll be the ones patrolling the main floor with the pitchers of Margaritas
Smynx is bringing the wheelbarrows.

Awesome! I'll know who to come to when I can't find what I'm after and want to drink the pain away!
But seriously..I've looked at the vendor list and none of the names on it really jump out at me. I'm slightly worried that there's not going to be a large selection of decent snakes there...!

yeah but there will be a decent selection of wacko bp.netters stumbling around...you might even catch a glimpse of that jamie guy....who needs snakes then?
