julius with a mouse.. she hit it weird

is it normal for her to miss every now and then when she strikes? the first month or so i had her, she never missed - now she does every now and then.

she got this mouse in its back.. is this okay?

to be honest, i thought she wasnt even going to eat it.. she did though

ooh scary- is the mouse biting her? i'm really never worried about how crowley gets his prey its just where their teeth are in respect to where his body is. if they can bite 'em they get a good neck snapping.

when i feed mine a live mouse, i like to make sure it is in the hide, then i dangle the mouse facing the opposite direction so the snake grabs at it behind the head or in the neck area
    lots of snakes

I don't want to hi-jack your thread, just need a quick question answered. What exactly is "stunning" the prey?

giving it a good knonk on the head. most of the time it knocks them out. I use a spoon to stun my mice. but I really dont know of any other way to stun a mouse, well flicking it on the head works too, but 8 times out of 10 it dies from the flick.
