I think she is, I swear when I put her into her enclosure after properly setting it up for her reqiurements, I think she swam in off of the land area and almost turned around to wink at me. She is a happy girl.

Well her husbandry up untill this point was very bad. Store bought "gel" foods only and she was kept in a dry environment with a water bowl to drink from. They are a very semi aquatic species. Being dry for such a long time, no uv or heat lights for that matter, and very very poor diet are all factors.

She looks pretty darn happy to me, like she moved from a cramped, dusty apartment to a deluxe condo with a pool!
Kudos for getting her set up with what she needs - I'd love to see more pictures of her as she improves. What a sweety! =)
