Piebald
Is it possible for a piebald to have a white head? I have never seen one, does one exist?

Re: Piebald
So far as I know, there have never been any pieds produced with a white head. There have, however, been a very small handful of animals that look like pieds that have white heads. The genetics on that phenomenon are not yet understood, to the best of my knowledge.

Re: Piebald
Pied's to my knowledge don't have white heads. I havent seen any. It would be like hitting the genetic loto

Re: Piebald
From what I've read (on RDR, Nerd, etc.) is that homogenous pieds always have a "normal" head, usually with a bit of gray on the neck, and then mixed amounts of white and "piebald" orangey-black markings. Lots of white is referred to as "high-white pied"; very little white is "low-white pied".
Piebalds, however, are starting to be mixed with other morphs and with those, you may be able to eventually see one that has a white head - but to my knowledge (i.e., surfing the web for any and all pictures of pieds I can get my grubby hands on), there is no current pied morph combo that has a white head.
Time to combine a super mojave x piebald, ivory or yellow-belly x piebald, lesser platty x piebald, etc.? =)

What's a supermojave look like?
I wonder why Piebald (by itself) doesnt ever hit the head....it's weird how it never does....it only randomly hits from the neck down....

Re: Piebald
Super mojave is another all white snake with blue eyes (blue eyed leucisitic), so to try to get a pied with a white head, maybe cross it with a super mojave or regular mojave...*shrug*
I do my best "what if you combined..." thoughts right before I go to sleep, so I never remember them...
*edit*
I do not profess to be the best knowledge on morphs so if I'm incorrect, PLEASE someone correct me!
