Had no idea they were around here in Omaha Nebraska. This little boy was around 3' and clearly was a male
Since there are very few in this area, I let him go and I hope he can live long enough to make a few babies and repopulate the area. Only herps in this area I have seen are Garters, Ringnecks, rarely a bull snakes, and now a black rat.
