    Re: Pastel Fund growing!

Gin, I agree with Vaughn.......LOTS of people making pastels out there.......I bet if you were to contact a reputable breeder and tell them you didn't want to buy a Jimmy line pastel but couldn't afford to pay top retail list price, I'm certain with that kind of attitude, they'd cut you a deal. Worst thing they do is say no.

    Re: Pastel Fund growing!

Well, I just made an offer on a VPI male on their website.. he is HOT.. I can't believe I am actually doing this! I never thought I would reach this point... I will keep everyone updated.
I am pretty sure they're reputable, right, lol; that seems so obvious... I would post a pic but don't want to violate any trademark infringements; he's on page 2 of their Availables list for 500.00 I saw him and something just clicked; hard to describe.

EDIT: It is actually The Snake Keeper I am dealing with.. sorry I am so mixed up

    Re: Pastel Fund growing!

Congrats on taking that first jump. Let us know how you do. You can't go wrong dealing with Dave and Tracy. Be careful though, once you get that first morph, it's all downhill, and it's a tall hill. LOL.
    Congrats,

It's actually The Snake Keeper I am interested in now, where I put the offer in.. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    Deposit paid!!!
He is the fourth one down, page two, The Snake Keeper website. I know that some may consider him to be "browning out", but something just clicked; he is the one for me.

    Re: Pastel Fund growing!

lol; you know it! I told her that I got a new boyfriend for her; she doesn't seem too impressed with the idea as of yet.
I can't wait to make Super Pastels (a few yrs. off, I know.. lol.)
He is a good looking pastel, isn't he? like I said before, he does have a bit of that browny yellow; but I like the looks of it anyway. And his sire is really sweet too..
