I met a really awesome B&W Tegu yesterday - but I can't afford any more

He was an adult someone had left for my friend (who runs a reptile shop) to look after. He was totally awesome and really handleable - weighed a ton too

Thanks Marshal I Missed This Thred. Yup Salvator. He Is Growing Like A Weed. He Eats 4 Small Mice Every Other Day And Crickets On The Off Days. I Havent Even Started To Tame Him Yet. I Am More Concerned With Him Growing And Eating Well. There Will Be Time For Tameing Later.

matt, you might want to think about feeding less rodents. try feeding fish, crayfish, worms, shrimp, whatever reptiles you may be able to get ahold of, etc. a varied diet is best.

thanks bud i will look into it. i have a ton of guppies in my turtle tank maby i sould put some in his water dish and see what happins.
