I have been checking on these guys every couple hours or so, but I still didn't manage to catch one coming out of the egg. Grrrrrr....... Oh well I have two more adorable babies!! Tee hee!! Ok all you non crestie owning people.... you know you want one.

ok, ive been holding out but i have to say..... I WANT OONNNEE!!!!!!!! and im serious. lol, ive never mentioned it before but i cant take all these cute gecko pics.

can they be kept in a 20L aquaium or will they need more verticality? (lol, i think i just made that up) if so is there any way a 20L can be turned on its side to work?

cresteds are arboreal so they need a taller rather than wider enclosure. babies and juvenilles can be kept in kritter keepers. adults can be kept in something equivalent to a 20 gallon turned vertically, although you can also get 20 gallon tall aquariums which are slightly different proportions than the longs.

Thanks everybody. The first one does look alot like the two I have now, although now they are both very yellowish with oodles of dalmation spots. I was wondering what that second one will end up looking like? I guess time will tell. I'll have to post some pics of the other babies, since they've grown up so much. It's pretty cool. I'm really enjoying these babies.

Now I must go taunt my sister.
