    Re: *** Feeder Rats & Cost ***

Well even though I hated to pay $5.00 for a live rat back when I bought from pet stores, if you are only buying one a week for your pet snake it's still a darned cheap pet really. Show me a dog or cat you can own for $5.00 a week in food LOL.

Well guy's I get small rat's for $2.50 mice for $1.50 and sometime's I'll get hopper's for a buck. Most of the time I feed everybody for $10.00. Soon there will be no more having to buy feeder's I'm breeding my own rat's.

Normaly if there prices are to high they shut there own doors as a going out of bussiness. We have one here that has prices that are ridiculesly high.Say $180 for a baby boa .To make matters worse the owner refuses to allow the workers to feed the reptiles .He also charges $6 and up for his mangy skinny rats!!

This seemed a more appropriate place for this thread. Carry on!

Try www.themousefactory.com Jessie. They are a great frozen supplier, you'll know exactly how many you are getting and their quality and shipping is top notch. I think they are actually having some sort of major sale right now according to their website.
