    Re: Feeding Question

cricket keepers wont hold 1000 crickets they only hold about 30. you can get the cricket keeper that will hold 150 though. i keep 500 crikets in an old 20L. it could house more though, maybe 2000.

do you have any extra tanks around? you could also use a tub or a garbage can to house crickets. you wouldnt need a lid if the walls are steep enough because crickets cant climb.

If you intend on keeping crix around, esp. that many, get a rubber maid like I did and screen off the top.... and you have a giant crix keeper that cost you less and can house alot more.
So true, so true. Sorry 'bout that. I think I'm typing faster than I'm thinking today.

    Re: Feeding Question

i dont know if it's high enough. everytime you open it the crickets will have the chance to get out.

what you could do is get a 30 or so gallon garbage can. their perfect for housing crickets in; steep, slick walls that crickets cant climb up. you could definitely put a 1000 in one of those.
