Calm Argentine Black & White Hatchlings (T.merianae) For Sale
Sisco Reptiles currently has Argentine Black & White Tegu hatchlings for sale. Our breeding tegus are all calm & hand tame. Our breeders are loved pets and they all seek attention and will come to you to be held. Our babies are calmer than most because they come from this tame stock and are all held from the moment they come out of the egg. Note that we only had 108 hatchlings this year and these will go fast. For more info, pricing & some pictures.. visit http://www.siscoreptiles.com/tegus.html - Any remaining hatchlings will be available at the 6th Annual Portland Reptile Expo in Maine. See you there!

Great video. If only I had the room now. Do most of them act like that? Do they do better in groups from your experience?
~Jake~
Too many boas to list and a few balls as well

A buddy of mine lives in Florida and he just started breeding these tegus. He said that the only time they get a little grumpy is when they are about 2 or 3.He said they are just like a teenager .I will end up getting one eventually as i love there colors and i like that they are dog tame,i hate getting bit by lizards lol.

Depends on how they are raised. All of my Argentine Black & White Tegus act just like that.

Depends on the group. If you have hatchlings in a group with mellow, tame, calm tegus, the hatchlings will learn to be calm. If you have hatchlings in a group of jumpy tegus, the hatchlings will be jumpy.

Mine vary in age, but most are 2 to 4 and I have no grumpy issues due to age. I have one that I picked up at the last expo. She is 2 and was never socialized. She is grumpy, but with some work she will fit right in to my group.
The buddy in Florida who is starting to breed tegus, is that Bobby?
