Hi Matt - Hopefully you get this - I had placed and paid for my order on Sept 7th! Two Johnson Thermostats. I have sent you multiple emails requesting a tracking ID as you stated over a week ago that it would be shipped on Friday and I have received no response. I can't wait any longer - I need my thermostat to keep my BP happy! Just so you know I will more than likely be cancelling my order via paypal tonight if I dont receive it and ordering thru someone who can ship to me tomorrow next day. My BP needs his thermostats - I cant wait any longer....


Also in the future it would be helpful to inform your customer if the product is on backorder for over 2 Weeks instead of having to wait two weeks giving you the benefit of the doubt waiting every day only to find out it is on backorder

Not trying to be harsh, but I really need and needed my thermostat 3 weeks ago when I ordered it

......and if you two get to expressing this thread will not make it past another post. We come here to share info with one another....not witness a feudal battle of words that never gets anywhere. Call each other on the phone if there is a problem and discuss something like real men cause I really don't want to see bickering back and forth again...it just brings the entire mood of the forum down.
