Anywho, I've ordered from Matt and didn't have a problem. I think he is a fine person to do business with and I will continue to do business with him when the occasion arises.

Yeah, Helix tstats are crap...I don't know why NERD, VPI, BHB, and RDR would use them exclusively!

Lets not go down this road again shall we? If people wan't to buy Helix and they cannot buy it from a certain business because of their reasons, then they have the absolute choice of buying it from somebody else. Yes the big guns carry it and I'm sure(like me) they believe it to be the best. That is not a basis to antagonize a business that does not carry them for whatever reason. If you are someone who feels strongly about this, carry the discussion using pms, emails etc. Let this thread be for posting someones business/transaction experience with MGReptiles and nothing more.

Hard to tell if someone is being playful or not given the touchy subject matter. Just trying to make sure that this one doesn't end up getting locked.

I wanted to give everyone an update since I just ordered from Matt this week.

I had placed an order earlier (June 12th). It was delayed beyond the appropriate time frame as his website states. I emailed him a couple times and all emails were answered in good time. Nevertheless my order finally arived July 1st. Not too long, but compared to others not very quick either. Anyway, I placed another order cause of the big T-stat sale, hoping it wouldn't be so bad. I stumbled upon this post and saw that Matt was offering a discount and free shipping to customers experiencing delays.

Well it was honored, and the order has shipped before schedule and ofcourse I am very happy

So to all of you doubting Thomas's... Matt's a man of his word.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it, so far I am very dissatisfied. I guess next time I'll go with bean farm.
