I agree...it's just not our business what happened between a business and customer. Take it up in PM's, or discuss in over the phone with the phone number he provided.

I think I'll stick with Matt. Just my opinion though. I believe he fixed the problem and won't let it happen again. Plus, after all this, he'll most likely make sure there will be no other problems.

I know that some people have had problems with Matt, but I've been doing business with him for almost a year and will continue to do so. The only time there's been a problem was when I got a bad t-stat and Matt bent over backwards to take care of the problem. I've gotten nothing but first-rate customer service and quite a bit of free advice. I'll be sticking with Matt also.

.Matt in my opinion is a good guy and he has never done anything wrong to change my thoughts about him.We are all humans and we all make mistakes once in awhile.Now can we all get along?
