Froglets
I was looking into possibly getting a D. tinc or two. Because I love terrariums and why not also have a strikingly awesome dart frog in the tank? What is considered a froglet? It has legs right? How big is one?

Re: Froglets
A froglet is a frog directly out of the tadpole stage, is breathing air and is completely terrestrial except for normal trips to the water. Size depends on the species. When I got my frog, Murphy, he was a froglet and was about 1/2-3/4" from nose to butt, but he is a White's Tree frog and those get considerably larger than Darts. Almond leaves are used to make the water brackish(like the puddles and ponds in India and the surrounding areas). Betta fish are raised in this water and the leaves can help reduce stress.
Hope that helped!
