Re: Gizmo
It's a normal. You could tell the difference between a morph and a normal by the lack of funds in your bank account.
BTW, it looks like that hide is a little (okay a lot) too big for him. Balls liked tiny, cramped hides that they can feel on all sides of their body. I use the plastic trays from plant pots and cut a hole in the top, but you can use anything that it tight and secure.

Re: Gizmo
In reality, he has no hides, the box isn't really serving as one. You need to get him two small hides, one on the warm side and one on the cool side.
Are you only heating with that heat lamp, or are you using anything else as well, like an under tank heater?

He's an adorable little normal guy.
Definitely get some tight little hides in there. At least two, one on the warm side and one on the cool side. What are you using to measure your temperatures and humidity? It's very important for your BPs health to know these things.

Re: Gizmo
I cut the box down. it's only about and inch high, do you think that'll work? He's a very nice snake...didn't think they would be that friendly. I've been able to handle him and so has my dad. But I think he already got used to me because once my dad held him he curled into a ball. Once a took him he wrapped around my arm. It's like a little child wanting their daddy

Just get a second hide in there. You should have at least two. What are your temperatures and humidity?

Perfectly fine. The cool side is I thing 82-ish and the hot side is 94. The humidity is running a bit low. Just under 55%
