    My first reaction was boy, as the hemipenes, if present, don't look like they are completely inverted. I suck at popping though...

    Probes are my friend.

    Those aren't hemipenes, but they could be still in there. It's hard to tell from a picture if you're doing it right. After you get the snake to evert, it takes additional pressure to expose the hemipenes if they exist.
