    Substrate: Kraft Paper

I remember a while back someone, I believe either Adam or Vaughn, mentioned using some form of Kraft Paper. Think you could link me or point me in another, better direction?

    Please, please, please.

    Thank you.

I bought from packagingprice.com. It was cheaper than Uline and quick delivery. I love the stuff!

Ditto that, but I use the 24x36 sheets. Great stuff!

How well does that stuff hold together when it gets wet? And do you use one layer or two?

Lets just say that my big BCI urinated (some urates and a lot of liquid) and pooped equal to that of a Great Dane last night and I was able to roll it up and throw it out without it ripping. The liquid leaked through a bit but it held together. For her I use 2 sheets thick all the way across the enclosure. For the BPs I use 1.

You must have a lot of overlap? The 18X24 in the CB70 sized tubs fits perfectly width wise and would be a few inches short length wise except my tubs have the water cup holder built in.

    Re: Substrate: Kraft Paper

I don't use CB-70 boxes for my bloods. I use the FB 3-wide window rack (17"x8.5"x33" tray) & the 2-wide racks (27.5" x 8.5" x 33" tray), in addition to 4' enclosures. I do like a bit of overlap up the sides of the boxes, as bloods can be messy poopers sometimes, and also like to move the paper around, crumple it up & hide under it.
