    New bp is excellent climber!...normal?

I finally got my bp yesterday and he is an absolute beaut! His name is Kratos (for all you God of War video game fans out there). Anyway, he loves to climb the sides and corners of his cage...it's like he's always testing the enclosure to see how secure it is or maybe if he can get out (which he can't/hasn't). Is it normal for them to do this? Most of the time when he gets to the top or reaches his stretching limit, he kinda slides off to the side and seems to land rather roughly. I'm starting to get a little concerned that he's going to hurt himself. Anyone have any thoughts?

    Thanks

    PS: Will post pics soon!

Pretty normal...and yes, he's trying to figure out his environment...we have a few sand blasted grapevines in Cleo's enclosure and she seems to enjoy crawling around on them. When she weighed less, she's hang out on the plants but now she just smushes them with her big fat butt, hehe! =)

Congrats on the new snakey! They're very "testing" as far as their enclosures go.. Always testing for new ways to get out... hopefully they'll never find one... But yes... you have a completely normal BP.

Haha, Mine used to hang off from the temp/humoidity guage and it looked like he was sticking on the wall.

LOL, thanks for putting my mind to ease. Yea, Kratos likes to hang from my t-stat probe.
