How does Balin sound for a name? It's a sanskrit name like nagini's but it means powerful, strong, mighty, and stout. Which from the looks of the big guy the he encompasses all of those descriptions.

That's a nice suggestion, I'll keep it in mind.

I second, third, or forth the innocent "who me?" expression observation, wherever I can fit in there. What great colors! Conga-rats, Shelby!

Re: My new anaconda (DU warning)

Had a bit of time this morning April so googled some sites for you regarding snake gods...

    Glykon, greek snake god...
    http://www.livius.org/gi-gr/glykon/glykon.html

Degei, snake god of the Fiji Islands...
    http://www.fiji.to/legends/degei.htm

Nehebkau (Nehebu-Kau, Nehebkhau), egyptian snake god...
    http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/nehebkau.htm

Tons more links of various snake gods and goddesses out there. I was amazed considering how many people dislike or are afraid of snakes yet all over human history and in vastly different cultures snake gods and goddesses existed and were referred (sometimes feared yes, sometimes sacrified to) still very interesting time googling on the subject.
