    that rescued burnt and scale rot royal!

    here are some updated pics for you!





    considering how skin was literally falling off this is a huge improvement!





    the tail is still a bit suspect but another shed and I think we are all there! she has had 2 meals with me and will be tried again tomorrow night!

    Wow Peter! She looks so much better, HUGE improvement, you have done an awesome job rehabbing her. Its good she is eating for you also.

    Her underside looks 100% better, you did an amazing job! It's a miracle that she's alive at all, and eating well...and it's all thanks to you.

    She's a beautiful snake! I LOVE her banded pattern! Congratulations.

    Peter she looks amazing! Not only a naturally beautiful ball python but the change in her belly and over all condition is simply a miracle wrought by your hard work and dedication. Robin is right...there's a special place in heaven for people like you!

    I was musing, I wonder if a pure natural Vitamin E gel might promote that tail to heal? I'm not talking the typical hand cream with some vitamin E in it but the real stuff you get from a good homeopathic/natural products store. I know in humans Vitamin E promotes healing and helps scarring lessen. Maybe a call to your vet to ask about it if there's any chance it could help this lovely snake. Though do watch, a lot of Vitamin E products are put in a petroleum basis and I wouldn't think that would be too good....I'm thinking the pure gel stuff that is not mixed with another product.

    Just a thought.....

    Yeah, I'd ask about the pure vitamin oil as well...amazing stuff that.

    You did that girl a complete 360......and she totally shows it!!!! It's always awesome to see the results of rescue efforts, but getting a beautiful one is even better.....
