    Peaches!! The ATTACK CORN!!

Question for the corn owners: Are your corns aggressive feeders?

The ghost corn (Peaches) I got about 2 weeks ago, has an incredible feed response. She's about 3-3*1/2 ft long. Last sunday she took two adult mice, and I don't think either one was in the feeding tub more that 3-4 seconds before she struck. And for the past two days, anytime I go in her cage, or anytime there's motion infront of her cage, she'll poke out of her hide in definite hunting mode. The bottom of her cage is at eye-level for my big female Rott (140+ lbs), and the other day I caught Voodoo with nose pressed to glass, eyeballing Peaches, and Peaches was right there on the other side of the glass eyeballing Voodoo!

Also, if anyone has a corn her size, what are you feeding them, size-wise?

    Re: Peaches!! The ATTACK CORN!!

Corn feeding responses rock. My mom's snow corn is around 2.5' and on feeding day (well if you ask Chantilly, that's three or more days after she's eaten last ) when that cage lid opens, she sticks her head and neck straight up looking for that food! She strikes like lightning and then has to think for a minute before she starts eating.. silly snake.

She eats good sized fuzzy rats.
