    Is this normal for BCI?

    Hey, I was wondering, my red tail has just taken the hugest crap!! the poo was bigger than the mouse that it was fed. i just think that it was pretty big!

    Could there be something wrong??

    It's probably fine. You mainly want to be concerned when the poo has too much liquid in it, not the amount. If you haven't had a fecal done, now would be a good time to put a sample in a small baggie and regrigerate it. Then, just drop it off at your local vet.

    Be prepared...when your snake grows.....so will the pooo.....lol. I have a 6' plus female redtail and she poops bigger than a rottweiler!!

    Yep the big BCI were are fostering only defecates once or twice a month but it's like cleaning up after a very large dog LOL.
