Re: Anyone having a responce with Top Shelf Exotics?

Everyone has different levels of customer service. Some people respond promptly, others take a little bit of time. There are some people out there that don't even respond at all to emails.

FWIW, as a breeder, breeding season is my slowest time of the year ... sales are slow, snakes are doing their thing on auto-pilot, feedings are reduced, etc ... The summer time when the sales are hot and my collection doubles or triples from all the babies is the busiest time of the year around here.

Breeding season is a good "break" ... you pair the snakes up and LEAVE THEM ALONE ... most of the babies from the previous year are moved out ... the phone isn't ringing like it does when stuff is hatching ... it's a lot different than the rest of the year.

Re: Anyone having a responce with Top Shelf Exotics?

I currently have an order pending from TSE. They were great to deal with prior to the sale and answered all my questions. Since then I have asked them a few times for pic or two with no success. They have sent me an update here and there so I know they haven't forgotten me. They have a flawless reputation on the BOI and it's cold here in MI (even though it's been a very mild winter, but the lows are still close to or below freezing) so I'm trying my best to be patient. I just wish they'd send me a pic so I know what my girl looks like. So is there a point to my post? I'm not sure myself, I just thought I'd share my experience with them so far.
