    Question Placement of humid hides

    Hey all,
I got back in BP's about 2 years back.
I've got three, one adult male, two sub adult females.
I've got two in 40 gallon glass tanks, UTH's, basking spot, screen tops, but partially covered to reduce humidity and heat loss. The other is in a low boy 4x2x10"
Screen top, again covered to prevent humidity and heat loss.
I rehomed a milk snake and got a call saying he had mites.
So everyone has gone through mite treatment.
But I have found my humidity is lacking and I've decided to create humid hides.
My question is, do I replace one of their hides?
Should I put it under the basking spot?
I've never had these issues before as I've normally done tubs and more enclosed rooms, than what type of room they are in now.
    Thanks

Don't replace either of their hides. The humid hide should be in addition to its cool and warm side hides. Don't place the humid hide under the basking spot. It'll dry out too quickly. Place it on the cool side.
