Trying to understand morph related issues

So, I'm new to snake keeping, never had one before, and I'm thinking of getting a BP in the future. I'd like to have an interesting looking morph or morph combo, but I don't know how well I'd do with a snake that has permanent health issues as a first time. Been looking through the morphpedia on morph market, trying to figure out which snakes have issues. I've been looking at snakes with different clown based combinations, but there's some where I'm struggling to understand if certain combinations have chances of issues based on a morph that doesn't show in the snake but is in one of the parents. Like, spotnose, where morphpedia says the the supers have wobble. Do the non-supers have issues too? or is it solely in the supers? For example, I found a motley clown where one of the parents is a cinnamon motley fire clown, and the snake itself is labelled as just motley clown. Is there a chance it could have issues? I've had an easier time understanding hognoses because there's not so many base morphs to make combinations with to my knowledge, but I'd rather start with a ball python because as i understand it they're a better first snake? I'm not sure, so any advice would be appreciated.

If the parents have an issue causing gene and the offspring doesn't, there's no issue.
The issue is connected to the gene itself.

In the case of spotnose, the single gene won't have a wobble.

Occasionally, you'll see some facial issues on Cinnamon or Black Pastel single genes, but a majority of the issues are in the supers.
