I'm trying to buy a RHP from ProProducts, Bob has responded to my email and has given me instructions but it seems like a "sketchy" way to place an order?
I contacted him through https://pro-products.com/pro-heat/ Is this a legit way to order? I'm using a CC so I'm a little hesitant.
Has anyone else ordered from them?

Bob is good people. The reason he does heat panel orders that way is because he makes over 200 different sizes and wants to ensure he’s getting you the panel he recommends for your circumstances. I have many panels from him
