Can I use this basking light for day time and use my ceramic heater for night? Just want to know if it’s the right kind of light or that it won’t hurt her. I know they don’t need light but wild like to produce 12 on 12 off day night cycle.

I think this is going to be too bright for a bp. Unless your bp is in a windowless room, I don't think you need to worry about its day/night cycle. If it is in a windowless room, I'd put a timer on just a regular lamp in the room. That should provide you all the light you need for a day/night cycle.
