Are these mites?

I’ve never had mites before and never really noticed if this is how my girls chin has always been. Are these mites? She is eating and drinking like normal, no signs of distress

Not sure what you're referring to, but the fact that many snakes have tiny speckles in their scale patterns doesn't make it easier to find mites. And it's best to stay vigilant- but the thing about mites is that they can be rubbed off, and they move. They can be black, brown or reddish, depending on how much blood they've already ingested. Here's hoping your snake has no mites.

Thank you! I don’t see them moving at all, but I’ll keep an eye on it the next few days

And you can try wiping your snake all over with a damp paper towel- see if any "moving specks" end up on the towel.
